Meet Blake, one of our seasoned support workers at Assist Community, bringing almost 3 years of dedication to the team. Formerly a labourer, Blake made a career shift to connect with people on a more personal level, finding fulfilment in the ever-changing nature of support work.

​When not on duty, Blake can be found immersed in various activities, from watching sports to hitting the gym, enjoying bush walks, or simply indulging in his love for music – always sporting his unmistakable Rabbitohs merchandise.
 
Curious about his time-travel desires, we asked Blake about a specific moment he'd revisit. His choice? The era of pyramid construction, driven by a keen interest in understanding the builders and the process.
 
When questioned about his motivations, Blake expressed, "My family and the desire to be better" – a testament to his commitment to personal growth.
