​Outside of work, Kristy has a dynamic range of hobbies, from swimming and netball to shopping and collecting earrings. As a dedicated dance mum, she finds joy in anything involving family and friends. When it comes to movies, you can catch her enjoying any romantic comedy.
 
With a background spanning real estate, call centres, recruitment, and hospitality, Kristy brings a wealth of experience to our team. Her journey into the disability services industry started unexpectedly when her previous workplace closed, and she decided to try something different. Following the closure, Kristy took the leap and joined the Assist team, marking the beginning of her fulfilling career in the NDIS sector.
 
What Kristy values most about working at Assist Community Services is the camaraderie within the team. She appreciates how everyone collaborates seamlessly to meet participants' goals. The supportive nature of the team, always willing to lend a listening ear, makes her feel right at home.
