R U OK?Day 2023

​Today, September 14th 2023 was R U OK?Day. Assist Community Services hosted a morning tea and invited our team and participants to join in, encouraging connection and conversations.
​

Our team and participants had a beautiful morning sharing stories, having a cuppa, and playing some fun outdoor games such as Connect 4, Ring Toss, Cornhole and Croquet.  

Everyday is R U Ok Day, and today was another amazing opportunity to check in with each other and acknowledge the ongoing importance of having those conversations and knowing the resources available in our community.
Remember: You don’t need to be an expert to reach out, just be ready to listen.
