SUPPORT THROUGH THE NDIS

​Through the NDIS, we proudly assist individuals with one on one support. Supports offered by Assist Community Services recognise the diversity and choice of each individual, family and their carers.

Supports are tailored to suit each participant, their needs and wants. These are offered as part of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
